HERE'S HOW A SESSION UNFOLDS
We set an appointment.
At appointment time, I telephone you.
You’ve picked a quiet space to relax, phone nearby.
We check in and decide on the focus for the session.
We stay connected by phone the entire time.
I usually talk you through a settling process.
I often describe the process of what I'm doing so it becomes like a guided meditation that deepens the experience.
You may a like to share comments about what comes up for you as we work, processing as we would in a face-to-face session.
Sometimes we work in silence, each following our own train of concentration.
Each session tends to be unique from session to session.
